Contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. We use this information solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to deliver the service. The lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and services are popular. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the footer.
Map embeds. Our location is shown on Google Maps. If you accept cookies, the embedded map loads directly from Google and may set Google cookies. We never load the live map until you agree.
We use Resend to deliver enquiry emails to our inbox, and Google for analytics and maps. The site is hosted on AWS Amplify, which keeps short-term access logs for operational purposes. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, or longer where we reasonably believe the enquiry may lead to a future booking. If a booking goes ahead, we keep the records for as long as needed for accounting and tax (typically 6 years). Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Email info@maevisuals.com and we'll respond within one month.
